10.9.1 Position powers
The syntax for proposing a poll to change a position's powers is:
PROPOSE ADDITION OF POWER <power> TO <position> OF <org>
- Allows for adding powers to various city positions
PROPOSE REMOVAL OF POWER <power> FROM <position> OF <org>
- Allows for removing powers from various city positions
As an example, should Antioch wish to allow their Minister of Security the
power to uncitizen troublemakers, one of Antioch's Mukhtars would do:
PROPOSE ADDITION OF POWER UNCITIZEN TO SECURITY OF ANTIOCH
The valid powers that can be added to positions for your city/council are
viewable with:
CITYPOWERS ALLOWED
The valid positions that may receive or be stripped of powers are:
The Cityleader (Imperator, Prophet, etc)
The Ruling Council (Advisor, Erege, etc)
Ministers (Ambassador, Steward, Trade, Development, etc)
Ministers Aides (Ambassador-aides, Steward-aides, etc)
*Note - Ministers will have power sets different from their aides. This
allows for Ministers to have specific responsibilities that they
would not want to impart upon their aides. To propose the addition
of powers to the aides of a position, it is necessary to append
"-aides" to the Ministry's name when using the PROPOSE command.
