12.5.6 The Ithaqua Forest

Deep in the furthest reaches of the North, beyond the Bardosi plains is the
Ithaqua Forest. Patrolled by ferocious packs of wolves and devoid of any
warmth, the Ithaqua is one of the harshest forests in Aetherius.

Settled within this forest is the Council of Ithaqua, a home to those whose
minds and hearts are set against the ideals of civilization. The Ithaquans live
amidst Wrath and Madness in the dark woods.
