12.14.16 the Redwood Cottons

A large community field of cotton had been providing a source of cotton 
and revenue for the many townes in and surrounding Khandava for years.  
As the Council and the townes prospered, one man, feeding off his need  
for vengeance, had plotted and returned to reap his wrath. After months 
of care, and careful breeding, the exiled one, named Ulmdo, has led a   
large number of cotton-hungry weevils to these once community fields.   
Content in his destruction, Ulmdo seems oblivious to those who would    
seek his demise.
