17.25.2 Five Tower Poker
For all intents and purposes, Five Tower Poker functions almost exactly like the game called "Five-card Draw".
Play begins with a round of betting. At the conclusion, each player being dealt five cards, one at a time, all face down. Then a round of betting occurs.
If more than one player remains after the first round, the "draw" phase begins. Each player specifies how many of their cards they wish to replace and discards them. The deck is retrieved, and each player is dealt in turn from the deck the same number of cards they discarded so that each player again has five cards.
A second "after the draw" betting round occurs beginning with the player to the dealer's left or else beginning with the player who opened the first round (the latter is common when antes are used instead of blinds). This is followed by a showdown if more than one player remains, in which the player with the best hand wins the pot.
Note: This game will have the highest variance. You may instead choose to play "Five-card Stud" which has different rules.

CARDTABLE DEAL 5 CARDS TO ALL
- This will deal the required five cards to all players.
- If cards have been discarded, this will automatically choose how many
cards are needed to distribute to a particular player.
CARDTABLE DISCARD <card>
- You may choose to discard a particular card in order to give yourself
a better hand.
CARDTABLE FOLD HAND
- If you feel that your cards will not win, you may FOLD your cards so that
you are no longer participating or keeping your cards a secret.
CARDTABLE BET <#> GOLD
- In order to further your goal of winning a hand, you will be able to bet
upon your cards.
- If you are using a stack/pool, the gold you are able to bet will be
limited to its total.
CARDTABLE CALL
- Calling allows you to match the highest bet. You will automatically check
if your bet matches or is higher.
CARDTABLE CHECK
- If you currently match or have the highest bet, checking allows you to
indicate that you have no intention of raising the bet at this point.
- If you do not match the highest bet, this command will tell you how much
more you will need to bet.
CARDTABLE SHOW CARDS ALL
- Once all the cards are on the table and the betting, folding and calling
process has ended and no single player remains, use this command to turn
over everyone's cards and display them to the room.
- With multiple winners, they will be automatically assigned.
CARDTABLE WINNER <player|SPLIT>
- The winner is whoever had the highest set of cards or the last-player with
cards at the end of the round.
- You may only use SPLIT when prompted.
