Atlas Page Token Prices

The token costs for the atlas pages for cities/councils has been changed to 3 tokens, and the cost for atlas pages for Demon's Pass, Necropolis, and Caanae have been changed to 2 tokens.

If you purchased one of the pages at the old prices, let me know and I'll be happy to refund you the difference.
