Scarecrows?

Dozens of scarecrows (exactly 100 in fact) appeared across Aetherius today. Rumors persist that they respond to a certain Halloween phrase and should you find them all, you will receive a very special treat.

Where did they come from and what do they want? Will we ever know?

For the record, Seraphyne was the first to discover this interesting event.
