Final December classlead changes - damage resist changes

- Body runes now only work for individuals with Runelore active

- Runemaster (Runelore) reworked - it now increases rune timers

- Earthshield, Thermalshield and Frostshield (Devotion) now only work for players with Devotion active

- Removed Toughness from Bliss (Devotion)

- Regeneration (Kaido) and its boosted version improved

- Above applies to the Predation version too at a reduced rate (as Predators don't get Boost)

- Stoneskin (Terratheria) effect improved

- Wyvern Scales (Shapeshifting) effect improved

- Harden (Sabotage) effect improved

- Warding (Thespia) effect improved

- Demon Armour (Malignosis) effect improved

- Dust cover (Shamanism) now gives a small physical resist on top of the color-specific elemental one
