Final December classlead changes - Bards

- Resonance reworked: instead of granting passive benefits, it works differently now, see AB VOICE RESONANCE for specifics

- Varaye reworked

- The idea with the above is that resonance provides a temporary boost which cannot be sustained for long, so you need to time it correctly

- Myried reworked

- Oyiem is no longer masked

- Innyo reworked, it now gives recklessness, or confusion if already reckless; the ta-boosted version also gives impatience, but only if the target is already reckless

- Nuarinyu unmasked and it now lets you pick the affliction

- Removed instant Kantae

- Disharmony (Thespia) is now an active attack which reduces resonance by 6 (a "reset fight" option of sorts)

- Cruellament's its duration is now based on target's missing health at time of use

- The Mage sketch now has a Bloodboil attack instead of Staffcast

- Runeguard and Renegade sketch attacks (slash and dstab) now allow picking the venom to use, instead of being random

- Lamia's call reworked, it now heals loyals of the Bard and his allies, as well as passively recalls them back if they're in an adjacent room (subject to walls/doors)
