Typo fixes

Hello again,

I've just pushed out some typo fixes. This wouldn't normally be worth mention, but it includes a change to some combat-related messages that you probably want to update triggers for.

- The attack messages for TORMENT - RAVAGE no longer force you to be sadistic. If you want to be evil, you'll just have to do it through roleplay.
- Fixed a capitalization issue in the TERRATHERIA - WINDVEIL def message.
- Other miscellaneous typo fixes that don't impact combat.
