Recent Changes

Hello, Aetherius,

I forgot to make a post when these changes were made, but there has been some confusion voiced, which reminded me:

o Decay has been removed from CRYSTALBINDING CRYSTALSs, and the cost of customising them has been removed. Like other guild items, they can be customised at no cost. Be sure to read HELP CUSTOMISATION!

o The SHOPS local landmarks in cities/councils have been relocated, where necessary, to place them on the shop directory.

o Three new local landmarks have been placed in each city/council: BANK, GENERATOR, and COMMODITIES
