Clans

Hello again, Aetherius,

Do you struggle in vain to induct people into your clan, because your friends are in different timezones? Are you hoping for an invite to that super awesome clan, but you can never catch someone online? Fear not! Your worries are over!

You can now send an invitation to join a clan to anyone, whether they are online or not. They can then accept the invitation at their convenience. No longer will you have to try to catch someone online to induct them into your clan.

Clan invitations expire after 24 hours.

The new syntaxes are as follows:

o CLAN INVITE <player> - Send a clan invitation to the given player
o CLAN UNINVITE <player> - Revoke a clan invitation sent to the given player
o CLAN INVITED - List the people invited to your active clan
o CLAN INVITATIONS - List your pending clan invitations
o CLAN ACCEPT <clan> - Accept a clan invitation from the given clan

The existing CLAN INDUCT/AGREE functionality has been removed. CLAN INDUCT is now an alternate syntax for the new CLAN INVITE functionality.

Enjoy!

Penned by my hand on the 14th of Ferinus, in the year 41 AM.
