May classleads, part 5

The next batch of classlead reports is now live! This concludes the first half of classleads - the remaining reports, along with the other planned changes, will be going through beta testing, and report 131 (custom maces/daeggers) remains on hold for now. I'll post more information on the beta once the coding is close to being done on these.

[23] Consecration (Devotion) reworked, you now PERFORM CONSECRATION <1-10> to create holy symbols, then use these symbols to CONSECRATE GROUND WITH <symbol>; the latter, along with CONSECRATE CHECK, is now available to everyone

[23] Throwing hazewards and monoliths weakens consecrations by up to 50 game months per throw now

[23, sort of] Affixing hazewards can now be done by anyone

[45] You can now tell autocuring which afflictions you think you have, and it'll attempt to cure them; AUTOCURING without params has the syntaxes

[45, sort of] You can now use the OFF priority to disable some afflictions/defences in autocuring

[93] Increased Evocation Stab damage against mobiles slightly - I'll note that the air modifier is an intended part of the damage formula, so the numbers won't be impressive without it

[103] Mana draining defences (with a few exceptions, most notably Kaido regeneration) now drain mana all at once every 5 seconds, instead of each of them being on its own timer; defences that were on a different timer will recalculate the amount accordingly

[103] Some health/mana regeneration effects have been consolidated into a single 10s tick; other (mostly room-based) effects remain separated from this

[103] The above required changes to tattoos - you may need to re-touch your tattoos if you were online when this announce was posted; the automatic touching upon login remains the same

[133] The concept of weapon damage has been removed, along with the Repair ability in Smithing

[133] Smithed weapons and armours now last for 60 days (down from 250); existing weapons with higher decay timers have been reduced to 60

[133] Shard repair changed to increase the decay timer on a weapon or armour; it can only be used once per item, and only on items that have less than 15 days left

[158] Sharpening now only needs to be used once and lasts 8 hours (up from 1 hour), but each use reduces the weapon decay timer by 1 day unless the crystehl whetstone is used

- TATTOOS now shows whether a tattoo is active; this only works when viewing tattoos on yourself

- Daegger Stab (Malignosis) is now slightly faster
