Inquisition Guild

I have removed the guildmaster of the Inquisition as he had taken it upon himself to close the guild down, blocked contests, removed all secretaries, was not inguilding, was not favouring, and deleted all guild help files.

I have raised all semi active members to guild rank 3 which was about 20 characters. If any of those people would like to attempt to revive the guild, you are more then welcome to.
