A few small changes

Hello, all!

I come to you today with a few small fixes and changes that have accumulated over the past few weeks, but that we've forgotten to announce.

- The ROLLDICE command (granted by holding the artifact "a pair of ivory dice") will now allow you to choose the number of sides on the dice (between 1 and 200) and the number of dice to roll (between 1 and 60) using the command ROLLDICE [number of sides] [number of dice]
- Fixed a bug that would identify the name of a pet's owner even if the owner was masked.
- Fixed a bug causing ambiance orbs to not allow the correct number of messages to be assigned to a home.
- Players can now see the city and profession of newbies using NWHO. Previously, only guides saw this information.
- Various other small bug and typo fixes
