There was a small change made to instances I forgot to announce.

LEAVE INSTANCE will no longer work.

You must now find the the portal room and use the command ENTER PORTAL to leave an instance. For existing coin and spirit instance types, leaving it will cause it to collapse and you cannot reenter it later.

This is in preparation for the new shard instances that will allow up to five people to enter. These instances will have an entry and exit portal. Thus you can leave (or die) and still get back into the instance.
