All too familiar
Weary in mind
Restless at heart

I promised myself
Never again
It rises once more
Stronger than before

Its a feeling
A flood of memories
Flowing in my veins
Intoxicating like mead

My heart, its weak
Perpetual in turmoil
Beyond comprehension
Too strong to resist
