Order-related adjustments

Greetings!

I have made a couple of alterations to the order-related changes based on received feedback.

- Order enemies can now defile shrines of that Order even if they are not in any Order themselves

- The log about destroyed shrines now includes the defiler's name instead of the Order

- Only huge shrines (at or near maximum sanctification) will now participate in an ongoing worldburn. This should resolve the problem with actively worldburning shrines being difficult to remove
