Defence Conversions pt. 2

This is a big'un, folks. Everyone should read the SUPER IMPORTANT NOTES immediately below the message. Some of those are a big deal. Everything that remains is a big dump of all the defences I've converted in this round. Enjoy!

Eusto

*** IMPORTANT NOTES ***
-----------------------
- The messages for blocking, both at activation and in the DEFENCES line, have been changed to reflect the direction which you are blocking.
- The DEFENCES lines for Necromancy Blackwind, Kanai Purification and Predation Clinging have also changed.
- Trailblazing and Pioneering HUNT are no more. They were simply needless copies of PURSUE, despite being literally identical. All users of Pioneering and Trailblazing now have access to PURSUE.
- The process for using Predation LARIAT has changed. It is no longer necessary to CRAFT the Lariat. PREPARE LARIAT FOR <target> will consume rope as necessary to craft the lariat and set the target. Balance time has been slightly increased to compensate.
- I've slightly tweaked the syntax for Warding's COUNTER and DEFLECT. COUNTER/DEFLECT OFF is now the only way to disable these defences. This is to prevent accidental disabling of the defences. Additionally, these skills will no longer allow you to consume balance if the given defence is already active.
- There was a hard-to-recreate bug within our damage mitigation code involving Knifeplay's Spacing defence. It is possible that the resolution of this bug may have unintended consequences on the balance of the Predator class. We will re-evaluate if necessary.

2021 and Beyond

Hello Imperian! Another year passes! A few months from now will mark my second year on Aetherius. Time sure flies! However, the vast majority of this wouldn’t happen without our wonderful team of volunteers. Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
