Ethereal mirrors

I have fixed up a lot of the issues with the ethereal mirrors. All the profession checks should correctly take it into account - this includes profession-specific abilities in shared skills, pet manipulation, smithing effects, armour wearing, weapon proficiencies, and much more.

Additionally, profession defences are now correctly stripped when the mirror effect wears off.

If anything breaks as a result, please bug it in the usual way.
