Cerise's New Responsibilities

After many, many years inducting the novices of the world into Guilds, Cerise has been given a promotion. She can now also induct novices into cities and councils.

Normal restrictions apply. Cerise will not induct you to a city or council you are enemied to, or one that is of a different circle than your professions. Cerise also won't induct you into an organization you've already been a member of (guild, city, or council).
