Designs can now have a base price set for the design. This price will then be used whenever that design is added to a crafting shelf. This will allow you to place the item for sale in multiple shops without having to then price the shelfholder in each. You can still set the price to a different value, if you wish, once it is placed on the shelf.

The base price can only be set for fully approved designs that you created. If a design was granted to you, its creator must set the base price. If it is not yet approved, you can't set the price (you may not know what commodities will be used yet, anyway).

Syntax:
DESIGN <#> SET BASEPRICE <amount>
