Behind-The-Scenes movement changes

Hello, all,

I've just loaded a fairly large change to how movement is handled on the back-end. This should be completely transparent to you as players, but it may have introduced some bugs. If you notice anything strange, please bug it.

It also required conversion of all of the existing movement messages to a slightly different method, which means that it's possible some now have typos in them. If you notice any odd movement messages (particularly ones with odd characters in them), please file a TYPO.
