After some more behind-the-scenes work with movement and customization, I'm happy to report that I have unleashed a new feature upon you all. You can now configure custom messages for certain artifacts.

To begin with, the only artifact that takes advantage of this is the Earrings of Gazalis. Those of you that own an earring have access to the new CONFIG ARTIFACTMSG option.

The ARTIFACTMSG config option is actually a top-level config option that contains further options within it. You can use it to see what types of artifacts you own that can be configured.

To customize an earring, you can use the CONFIG ARTIFACTMSG <earring> sub-option, which will show you its own syntax.

There are three different messages you can set for Earrings of Gazalis:
player message: This is the message you see when you travel.
leave message : This is the message players in the room you are leaving will see.
enter message : This is the message players in the room you are entering will see.

Submitting a message has a cost of 15 bound credits. If the message is rejected, or you choose to remove it from the submission queue, that fee is returned to you.

NOTE: Setting messages for one earring in the pair DOES NOT set it for the other - the two can have their own sets of messages, if you and your partner wish.

Some guidelines have been set for the content of these messages, which you can view in HELP ARTIFACT MESSAGES.

There will be more artifacts with customized messages in the near future, but if you think an artifact would particularly lend itself to customization in this manner, please submit an IDEA!
