A few small improvements

Hello, all,

Three small changes for you:
- Alongside the back-end changes Alend had me make to allow for a letterholder pattern (she's a slave driver, I tell you), LETTERLIST now also takes letterholders in your inventory into account, listing the letters in those as well.
- HELP SPECIALEMOTES <type> has been given two additional type options: city/council and guild.
- The full list is now RACE, ORG, PROFESSION, GENDER, CITY, COUNCIL, GUILD.
- HELP SPECIALEMOTES without a type specified will show you emotes from all types, as always.
- RAISEWINGS is an alternative for RAISE WINGS, for those of you that don't want to accidentally emote when not in an appropriate race. (This one has been in for a few days, but wasn't worth posting on its own)
