A couple of small things for the design-minded:

First, anyone can now use DESIGN LIST. For those without tradeskills, this is a way to view what designs you have access to that are organization-owned, so you can find someone to make them for you.

Second, I've cleaned up DESIGN HELP slightly - you can now supply a subsection and only receive commands related to that, which should make it a little more usable.

- Valid sections are currently management, creation, submission, resources, maintenance, and approver. Only design approvers can view the last one, and people without tradeskills can't specify subsections at all (since all they can do is list).
