A few fixes

- Throwing a juggled item with the Boomerang enhancement now behaves correctly - no more endless juggling

- Flash (Noctu) relapses are now correctly affected by artifacts

- Fixed Firecircle (Pyroglacia) disappearing at 1 attunement instead of 0

- The Banishment enhancement (Templar Chivalry) should work now

- Fixed a few minor Smithing-related oddities and faulty messages
