Several Small Changes

Player descriptions have been changed a bit when looking at them.
- LOOK <player> will only show their written description.
- LOOK <player> FULL or EXAMINE <player> will display everything.
- PEER MIRROR <player> [FULL] can be used as well.

You can now CONFIG COLOUR for CHAMPIONS and LEECHCHAMPIONS.

You can now CONFIG COLOUR for CRAFTS. Any messages sent in game, that are messaged to you if you are offline, will appear in this color. If I missed a message you feel should be included, please idea it.

Fishing rank is now displayed when you gain a new fishing rank.

Your percentage rank for fishing and jousting is now displayed in your SCORE.

SURVEY will now indicate how many fish and vermin the room has remaining.

Added a PROTEGE SKILLS <player> and SCORE command for mentors.

Added TIME and DATE to safe verbs that do not interrupt actions.

CHAMPION LIST will only show active players now.
