You may now specify your bounties such that they can be seen circle wide. Simply add "CIRCLE" after the person's name. E.g. for a sect you'd do SECT BOUNTY FILE <person> CIRCLE WITH 1 gold <reasons>. City and Council bounties are always circle wide, so this really applies to guild, sects, and cults.
