More Changes

- Major update to CONFIG. Should show all of your current settings. Many can now be easily switched via an MXP link. If you have any problems, BUG them and they will be fixed asap.

- You can now CLAN SWAP <clan> <clan> to reorder your clans in CLAN LIST.

- Elections only need 2 people in them to begin now.

- Ethereal Chains should no longer continue on a dead target.

- Wyrmriding pierce will still strip rebounding if the target has prismatic barrier up, however it will no longer deliver blacken or icecoat.

- Fixed a problem with the lamira familar not showing up in familiar list.
