New Nexus (html5) and Old Nexus (java)

1. We have renamed the HTML5 client to Nexus. The old Java version of Nexus is no longer supported at all.

2. If you really want to use the old java version of nexus, it can be found at:
- www.imperian.com/oldnexus
- www.imperian.com/game/oldnexus

3. All other nexus links now go to play.imperian.com. This includes:
- www.imperian.com/nexus
- www.imperian.com/game/nexus
- nexus.imperian.com
