A few small changes

Hello, all! A few small changes.

- Since we have an auction going on, you should be able to buy things! All auction houses are now local landmarks (you can PATH FIND AUCTION within any area that has an auction house)
- On that note, the Ithaquan Council now has an auction house. Woops.
- When you gain a new fishing rank (e.g. going from Inept to Novice) you will receive a message telling you so.
- SECT RITUAL LIST now denotes known rituals with an asterisk (*) in addition to colors.
