Siege weapons

As there seems to be some confusion regarding this - the correct (and only) way to load up ammo into siege weapons is to PUT <ammo> IN <siege weapon>. The old method (giving to guards) no longer exists - a certain someone apparently forgot to announce this. Apologies about any inconveniences!
