A few changes and fixes

- Dying to clotting with Wyrmriding-given Dryblood should now correctly credit the killer

- Out-of-room Returning (Hunting) should be fixed

- Added leftwield_name and rightwield_name to GMCP vitals - these contain the short name of the wielded item

- Warding users can now optionally include a limb for their Tipslash and Quickjab attacks - TIPSLASH/QJAB <name> [limb] [toxin]

- Resonate (Templar Chivalry) fixed

- LOOK <person> <item> no longer works on items that are not worn
