New client version

A new version of our web-based Nexus client (client.imperian.com) is now available! Here's the list of changes:

- Added a new Duplicate button to aliases, triggers, etc

- The scrollbar splitter is now resizable

- Keybindings now allow functions, scripts, and delays

- Improved the settings user interface

- New Colors tab in settings, allowing you to tweak the displayed colors

- The help button now points to a new wiki about the client

- New Vote button, allowing you to vote from the client

- New config option to echo TAB-target changes

- @tar is now a real variable and can be changed

- New config option to configure command echo color (in Advanced)

- Option to see all received and sent GMCP messages (in Advanced)

- Option to see when triggers fire (in Advanced)

- Option to change the scrollback buffer size (in Advanced)
