The Machine

Notes on the current event:

- The time to move the machine has been decreased to 2 minutes per room. If the machine has been pushed in one direction it will take longer if you start pushing it in another. It will keep track of the amount of time you have pushed in one direction if you have to stop and fight, heal, or whatever.

- Conflict has been created, which is only one goal of this encounter. People have been asking for something to stimulate conflict, PvP and otherwise.

- Don't forget there are other ways to fight over the machine. It is not only a PvP event, but also an RP event. You can create alliances, you can pay someone to push it out of another city when no one is looking, back room politics, etc.

- This is a mini event where an encounter has been generated to stimulate player interaction. It is not a hardcore, scripted event with a set ending. It had a little mob interaction to get it going, but it is running to encourage player interaction across borders. Although it will end at some point and there are some more stages to it.
