Lottery winners!

The lottery is over! Everyone who had at least one ticket should now have a troggle turkey in their inventory!

It works like the regular troggle, so just PINCH <troggle> FOR <target> SAYING <message>.

With that, we also did our drawing of Lottery four, here are the winners!

1st place: Laken - 100cr and a turkey mount!
2nd place: Rowynn - 50cr and a turkey mount!
3rd place: Rumal - 25cr and a turkey mount!
