City and guild credits

Until now, whenever a city or guild member made a credit purchase, the city or guild leader has received 5% extra ones, for use for himself or for the city/guild. To add some much needed transparency into the process, we are now making some changes to this, as follows:

- City/guild leaders no longer receive any extra credits from member purchases

- Cities and guilds now have credit accounts of their own; these are by default only accessible to the city leader / guildmaster

- When a city/guild member makes a purchase, the 5% extra now goes into the organisational credit account

- CITY/GUILD CREDITS to see the current balance

- CITY/GUILD CREDITS TRANSFER <amount> TO <player> <BOUND|UNBOUND> [reason] allows you to transfer credits to a player, who must be in your city or guild

- The credits can be transferred as unbound or as bound, at your choice. If transferring as bound, the receiving player will also receive the lesson conversion bonus, if applicable

- All credit transactions are recorded in the main city/guild log

- Cities and guilds can assign the "credits" privilege to other trusted positions, if desired

The use of the organisational credits is up to the individual cities and guilds, and we generally do not impose any restrictions or oversight.
