Gathering Flowers

When Svorai's statue releases flowers you can go to the area they were sent and PICK FLOWER. Then it is -YOUR CHOICE- to give your sect essence with INFUSE ALTAR or to go to Urzog's Altar just west of his throne and INFUSE ALTAR TO BIND.

You DO NOT have to be in a sect or cult to bind Urzog, however, you DO need to be in a sect to infuse an altar with essence.
