Further changes to caravan guards have been made to make it not quite as hard. I'll be doing further tweaking in response to feedback, so please send me your comments. In particular let me know 1) how many people in your group, 2) how many guards, 3) how many times people died (if applicable), 4) your thoughts on the level of difficulty.
