Stavenn Event Cleanup

Several things to take note of today.

1. It should no longer be possible to get into the old Stavenn rooms. If you find a way in, please bug it.

2. The old Stavenn sewers have been attached to the Stavenn ruins.

3. All Stavenn and related towne memberships have been cleaned up.

4. All enemy and ally statuses should be removed.

5. I have put in an ATLAS SWAP STAVENN <type> TO <area name> command. If you have a Stavenn atlas page, you can swap it out for a different one. This is a limited time offer.

6. Characters had received some gold for shops and houses lost in the city.

7. If you left something in the city that you are unable to get back, please email me and I'll sort it out.
