Quality-of-Life improvements

Hello!

A couple of minor quality-of-life changes for you all:

- You may now interact with decaying artifacts (such as those gained from defeating Bosses) using either TEMPARTI or TEMPARTIFACT in addition to their normal names. (For example, DROP 50 TEMPARTI)
- You may now VBELT TAP EMPTY <fluid>[ fluid[ fluid...]] to tap mutliple vials at once. For example: VBELT TAP EMPTY HEALTH MANA THICKLINDANE LINDANE. If you do not have enough empty vials, or any of the slot names you specify are invalid, the command will have no effect (no vials will be filled).
