A Few Changes

Hello, all, a few small changes:

- Added Char.Vitals.res_weakness to GMCP, which sends as its value your current resurrection weakness timer. It is not sent if you do not have resurrection weakness.
- Changed the display of the Shards skill in the SKILLS output to (hopefully) clarify that it isn't something you need to spend lessons on.
- Related to this, I've fixed a bug that was causing the skill to not appear for anyone other than newly created characters. Woops.
- This is not included in the skill list for any character under level 50, to avoid confusing newbies. AB SHARDS will still work for them, however.
- The DIVORCE command can no longer be forced.
- Fixed a bunch of other bugs and typos not worth specific mention.
