Wraith Lord Summoning

Quick note about Wraith Lords:

We've evaluated the ease of killing some of the bosses, and the experience and reward gained from it, and made the following change:

Summoning a wraith lord now has a per-person per-boss cooldown. This means if you have summoned a given wraith lord too recently, you won't be able to do so again.
