The latest Kinsarmar election had significant cheating, with one player managing to bring back enough old characters with enough activity to vote, completely skewing the results. Had this person only voted with one character, as allowed in the rules, the election would have resulted in a tie.

I have put code in place that will make it much harder for this to happen.

The election between Iobelia and Jannette will be restarted as soon as everyone is aware and we can get it rolling.
