Gladiator Betting

Gold betting has been turned back on. We will be continuing to watch the winnings for anomalies.

Here is a list of changes you may notice in the meantime.

- The max bet is now 100,000 gold. We may raise this again in the future. Watching how things play out for now.

- Changed the global message threshold for winning gold to 1,000,000 gold.

- Added a global message for someone who loses 100,000 gold on a single bet.

- Added more internal tracking.

- Cleaned up some of the messages.
