Tweaks and Fixes

- Focus gain for Engineers will now work in reverse. It will initially be gained very quickly, and slow as it reaches its maximum amount. This means Engineers will be able to do more focus shots earlier in a fight, but will have to wait the same amount of time to build enough focus to release several successive shots. This should mean less initial turtling, but we will see.

- Many mobs and items were deleted with a bug that was quietly sitting around for a couple weeks. This included things like the sewer mobs, centipedes, and so on. All of these mobs should be replaced. If you find that mob can no longer be found, or if an area is still missing the bulk of its bashing mobs, please BUG it and I will look. A few quest items may have disappeared as well.

- Starburst tattoo has been slightly changed. Previously you could only activate them if you have not been aggressive in any way, for 60 seconds. I have changed this to only take PK aggression into account. This means you should be able to activate in most cases while in PvE situations. This may get changed back if there are some unforeseen results.

- Dash for torment hounds should work properly now.

- Made some updates to exploration to exclude some unreachable areas.

- Fixed an issue with some mobs being deleted when leaving an instance.

Penned by my hand on the 2nd of Solis, in the year 154 AM.
