Monthly Rankings Fix

There was a small bug in the Monthly Rankings contest which I forgot to account for. Characters over level 100 have their XP tracked differently in order to deal with the technical limitations of extremely large numbers. Players over level 100 were only receiving 1/10th of the experience they earned toward the monthly contest.

I have fixed this bug and everyone will be on "level" terms now. All characters over level 100 have been credited with the XP they would have earned and the rankings have been updated.
