Deck of Daegal Vonner (Deck of Divine Hexes)
Daegal Vonner was once a talented scribe, devoted to the arts of book and paper crafting. Many of his contemporaries considered him to be the finest iconographers of the age. Daegal delved into his studies of the divine, as he worked his craft and many felt he was gifted with the ability to direct flows of Diachaim through his pens and ink, directly onto the pages he wrote. It is rumored that his art is found on the pages of the Tomes of Albashir.
Late in life, Daegal undertook the creation of a set of magnificent cards, to showcase his talents at what most consider to be the pinnacle of his career. Each individual card was painstakingly crafted and endowed with the powers of the divine through the potent powers of Diachaim. Many suggest that he could not have possibly been manipulating the Diachaim himself, but that the Gods worked their mysteries through him. Whatever the case, the power of the cards is now legendary and are also known as the Deck of Divine Hexes.

SHUFFLE DECK
The cards must be shuffled before they may be used. Once you shuffle a deck it will take 10 minutes before it may be used.
DRAW CARD
Drawing will randomly select a single card to be used. You may NOT use another card in the deck until the current one has been used or you decide to SHUFFLE DECK. There is a short cool-down after you draw a card before it may be used.
RUB CARD ON <player|mob|ME>
Once drawn, the cards must be activated by rubbing them on the intended target. Depending on the nature of the target, the results will vary.
PROBE DECK
This will allow you to see how many cards you have and how many remain in your shuffled deck.
Card Effects:

Lion
- Character Target: A lion will appear by the character, and start attacking any other mobs in the room (that are not loyal to characters. Player will earn the XP.
- Mob Target: A lion will appear by the mob and will protect it from any players attacking it.
- In both cases, the lion will leave after 60 seconds.
Flame
- Character Target: When killed by a mob, the killing mob will be auto-killed in retaliation. XP is gained.
- Mob Target: When killed, the mob will not leave a corpse or gold, but will instantly explode and randomly kill other mobs in the room.
- Defense expires in one hour is unused.
Saint
- Character Target: Mobs do 20% less damage for 60 seconds.
- Mob Target: Mob returns to life when killed, ready for round 2. Characters will earn XP for killing it both times. Works on pets and guards as well. Expires in 60 minutes.
Demon
- Character Target: When killed by a player, a demon will appear for vengeance. (Full death, not on starburst)
- Mob Target: When this mob is killed but a player, a demon will appear for vengeance.
- Expires after 60 minutes.
Seven Suns
- Character Target: On death, the corpse explodes, damaging all characters and mobs in the room. Expires after 60 minutes.
- Mob Target: The mob will explode 5 seconds later, killing itself while damaging characters and mobs in the room.
Queen
- Character Target: You will get double XP for the mobs you kill. Stacks with everything (60 second duration)
- Mob Target: This mob will drop double gold and is worth triple XP by anyone that kills it.
Stone
- Character: Upon killing a player you instantly teleport to the room you played this card in at 25% health.
- Mob: When killed by a mob, you instantly teleport to the room you played this card in at 25% health.
- Expires after 60 minutes.
Beast
- Character Target: A massive tentacle explodes from the corpse and wraps up the killer. Reduces celerity to 1 room per second for 60 seconds.
- Mob Target: A massive tentacle explodes from the corpse and wraps up the killer. Reduces celerity to 1 room per second for 60 seconds.
Law
- Character Target: Near instant balance/eq regain when killing a player
- Mob Target: Near instant balance/eq regain when killing a mob. 30-second duration after the first instance.
Spider
- Character Target: Berserk spiders will crawl out of the corpse on death, attacking players in the room.
- Mob Target: Berserk spiders will crawl out of the corpse on death, attacking players in the room.
