Minor Tweaking

Endurance is now sent via GMCP.

Fixed a problem with the Alluring Gem not pulling mobs into the room with you.

The foreboding stone has been changed once again.

- TOUCH <stone> will activate it for one hour.
- It will notify you when any of your enemies enter the same area as you, but it will not report every move in the area that they make.

If you are very unhappy with the changes to the stone, I will do some refunds in a couple of days, once all of the recent changes solidify.
