BugDay fixes

Here are the main changes from BugDay today.

- The Mage elementals now last longer if they are actively being used.

- Mage crystals will now spin up on login

- Erorag has been toned back down a little. Mobs will not stack quite as much and the priests are not as common.

- Ouroborus' no longer look like miners when attacking.

- HELP ARENA has been updated to indicate resources are used up in the arena.

- You may now use EMSEARCH RACE <race> to see the emotes that race may use.

- Fixed some issues with mobs attacking whisperers and progholders.

- Bards no longer specify the sketchbook when tearing sketches. It will just search all of your sketchbooks.

- Fixed some artifact message problems.

- Mage crystals will no longer get picked up by gathering mobs.

- WRAITH DISMISS will "unsummon" a wraith.
